Tom Penn is the principal at Real Restaurant Solutions, Inc, a firm that was founded by him in 2008, specializing in profit enhancement for restaurants. Penn has over 30 years in executive level hospitality and restaurant experience. Prior to launching his own firm, he spent 13 years with Hyatt Hotels and Resorts in locations all over the world helping Hyatt deliver their brand of service excellence. Over the next 12 years, he was an integral part of the leadership team of Ladeki Restaurant Group and Sammy’s Woodfired Pizza, opening 8 concepts and 25 restaurants.
